Try rollmops ( pickled herring wrapped around pickled onion ) with a big dollop of horseradish and cabbage between two slices of dark rye bread..
It is a taste sensation....

About the tacos;
-Push the filling down with your finger good, but don't break the shell (stupid hard-shell tacos are stupid).
-Lick your finger.
-Bite one end, still trying not to break the
stupid hard
shell.
-Tilt your head back and eat the taco vertically.
I like soft shell tacos better anyways, then you can fold the ends in.
