Has anyone seen the new iMac insert in Entertainment Weekly?
If you haven't... check it out. It's pretty extensive and detailed--clearly designed to give people stuck in airports something to read. (This is both a good and a bad thing... the sheer size of the insert and the number of pages is a bit overwhelming.)
However... there is a section at the end of the insert that deals with "Macintosh Myths." Seems that Apple is wising up to the fact that many people have misconceptions about Mac computers, and they've answered several of the more common ones ("Macs aren't compatible with PCs," "There is more software for PCs than Macs," etc.)
I guess someone from Apple's marketing department has been paying attention to some of our suggestions concerning the overall ineffectiveness of their ads in reaching Windows users. 'Bout time.

I would also expect the insert to be in the next issue of Time Mag which comes out Monday.

Is it the Smith/Berry issue?
As usual the ad is very handsome with lots of pics of the iMac plus two page spread for iPhoto and the aforementioned myths 2 page spread. Apple's print ads are, to me, superior to anything they've done for TV since the "1984" ad.

Before you put the pix up on the wall, scan and post here.
