New shift-key tricks (10.3)
You know the famous "Shift-key" slow-mo thing? It works on Finder windows, minimized windows, and Expose. But I've found another way it can be used: Shift click the toolbar "pill" widget in System Preferences, and watch the toolbar slide up slowly. This does not seem to work in other apps. I'm using 10.3; it may or may not work in 10.2 or earlier. Another trick, this time more useful: Shift+Command click the toolbar widget. It moves through the options for toolbar type & size in reverse.

Though now I notice that the window shadows disappear as they are being scaled.

You shift-click on the little oval button in the top-right corner of the window.
