IBM 970 Blades set for Q1 of next year!

IBM had talked about putting 970s in blades for a while now but we now have a confirmation.
Apple where is your Xserve G5? If IBM can fit them into blades then a 1U Xserve would be easy.

Maybe these WILL be Xserves. We know that the 970 can run OS X without problems, so....
edit: I just read the article and I wonder what Blades can offer that a dual G5 can't. Size? Is that all it's got going for it? (Forgive my naivete about servers, I just don't understand why they are so much more expensive)

What is a blade?
It's the sharp part of a knife. Or this. Depends on who you're talking to...

I think he is talking to us... but I could be wrong.
A blade is a server on a single small board.
