Sheesh. Are those really Apple's pages? I thought the link was gonna be to some dodgy webbie with flaky graphics and an unlikely contacts page. Sounds funny to me. I wouldn't send my iPod in for *servicing* (read *replacement with product of questionable functional and aesthetic quality*).
After taking care of my iPod to try to keep it in as good a condition as possible, I would want to send it in and maybe get someone else's scratched up one.
