What's the difference between the "genie" and the "scale" minimizing effects for the dock in 10.2.x?

    speed

    genie takes more horsepower to do, scale is much easier.... but genie looks cooler...



    to see the difference hold shift when minimizing

    Oh yeah. I though it had something to do with minimising icons in the dock. Doh. Thanks.
