So I was buying an album from iTunes when I lost my internet connection. Obviously, when I got my connection back I selected the "Check for purchased music" option, but one of the songs did not download. It was the song that was being downloaded when the connection dropped. I checked my account history and saw that it counted the song as downloaded even though it had not been.



So I fired off an email to the iTMS support team letting them know about the issue and asking how it could be resolved. Less then two hours later I got a reply indicating that I now had the ability to download the remaining song. I didn't have to jump through hoops or go prove that the file wasn't downloaded.



Way to go Apple!

    It's probably cheaper to let you redownload a song then Apple having to place hoops where customers can jump through them.
