I remember years ago when you bought a Mac, Apple would give you a solid plastic piece in the shape and size of a disk so that you could insert in into the drive when you wanted to move your computer around. It was supposed to prevent damage. I would just put a blank CDR in there and give your buyer a bonus, it'll increase your feedback ratings and won't cost you more than a few cents.
