Help! Need Apple Promotion pdf file!

Apple UK launched a promotional offer to get a rebate of £180 if you ordered an iBook, iPod and a HP printer altogether in one order by November 25th. I did. But to get the rebate you have to send in a printed copy of the pdf file containing stickers from the product boxes.



Only snag is... they've already taken down the pdf file from the website. So while I'm still eligible for this rebate I can't get the form to fill out and claim my £180.



The promotion was titled "HAVE MORE FUN, GET MORE DONE".



Can anyone tell me where on the web I could obtain this file?

(Yes I e-mailed the AppleStore but to no avail)
