HD upgrade for G4 iBook

Does anyone know if the stock 40 gb HD on a G4 iBook can be upgraded? I opened one up yesterday and I couldn't figure out how to open up the white plastic frame without breaking it. I've done Ti PBs and Al PBs and this is the hardest one.
