Are 933Mhz G4s Apollo chips too?

I know the Dual Ghz machine is.

I've also read at Motorola's website says that the Apollo starts at 800Mhz.

But I haven't seen any concrete evidence one way or the other.

Any ideas.

Just read this on Apple's website:

?2MB DDR SDRAM L3 cache per processor, with up to 4GB per second throughput (933MHz and dual 1GHz systems)

Now, the MacCentral article states that the Apollo allows for the DDR SDRAM L3 cache etc.

So I suppose I could infer that the 933 is indeed an Apollo. Makes sense to me anyways.

I've definitely read in several places that both the 933 and the Ghz DP are Apollos. What saddens me is that the 800 low-end is not. I just think it pretty shabby of Apple not to include an L3 cache in the low-end Pro system.

Say, could you maybe post a link or two where you read that the 933 is an Apollo?

I know a guy getting a 933, and he asked me, which is why I was wondering in the first place.

I'd just like to be able to give him an article to read - to go along with my presumption.
