does anybody use kensington airline in-seat power cord?

it says it works with any empower 15V in-seat power socket.

is this socket common on all airplanes, (in all class sections?)

has anyone used this product?

    I use it for an AC adapter and have yet to use it on a plane or in a car...



    it is NOT grounded and does not include the LED on the tip like apple's AC adapters do....



    but its not a bad investment considering it is only $20 more then apple's adapter...

    I've not seen in flight power available in Coach cabins domestically... ever. I fly Business class on a handful of routes that Delta services, but I never actually checked for availability of power.



    In Coach, it's so cramped I can't sleep, and using your laptop is the best thing to do to take your mind off the uncomfortable accommodations you have. When I'm up in Business/First, I order a Jack on the rocks and go to sleep
