QT Streaming Server

Do you need OS X Server for this, or if I grab the server CD's from work, can I just install QT Streaming sever off of that?

    you can download the QT streaming server from apple. and no you dont need osx server.

    Broadcaster gives me an error 5420 every time I try. How do I uninstall the streaming server too?
