Where are iTunes songs located?

I'm trying to transfer my songs to a ZIP disk b/c I want to buy a new Mac. Where are iTunes songs located?

    Unless you moved them: Within the Music folder of your home directory. Just copy the iTunes Music Folder from that folder and you're set. You can check where you song is through iTunes by choosing File -> Get Info from the menu.

    Even better then getting info on the song is to hit command+r. That will reveal the song in the finder.
