To go beyond 200% would have to be a bug. 200% is normal for dual machines; 100% for each CPU. Do you get the same numbers if you run "top -du" in the terminal?

Isn't the percentage a combination of both processors? (100% of total CPU power)
Even so, it often increases past 200%.
