Was at the Apple Store tonight and saw they had the CS suite installed on the machines so I cranked up Illustrator and pulled up the Character palette. When I clicked on the typeface pop-out I was tickled pink to see that the active fonts were displayed not just by name but by appearance as well!

Fantastic!!!!

yup ... lets you know the type of font as well ... Open Type, True Type, ect.

did you click and hold down the dock icon? it know has it's own "recent" menu, quick links to other adobe apps and a place for scripts.

what pisses me off though, is zooming in and out cause the elements to pop off and back on again .. what's with that?

Sounds like a bug to meeeee!

Glad that I am observing my 6 month moratorium on new Adobe products - I learned to wait for the patches to be released!
