Pb Help

My power book 12 inch will not boot, it turns on and displays the gray apple but no little loading circle thingy. Please respond with advice soon. Thanks all

    Is it less than 12 months old? If so get an Authorised Apple Repair Centre to have a look at it under the included 1 year warranty.



    Anyone got some "but first" suggestions?

    Start it up with the CD that came with it (hold down "C" with the disk in the drive at startup). After that you should be able to do some diagnostic stuff....or something.
