Anyone in UK using BTYahoo broadband ?
I've been using BTYahoo broadband now for about a month. It involves an Alcatel Speedtouch USB modem ( which is faster than I expected ) and so far things have been going well. However, every three or four days I'm having to reinstall the modem drivers from the original CD. They seem to go missing for no good reason that I can see.
The Alcatel modem script is still in the Library folder under modem scripts but in System Prefs the option for Alcatel Speedtouch is greyed out and Internet Connect tells me it can't find the device.
I can live with this but it's irritating. Any thoughts?
