i've never been able to get it to work. i can't get it to scan and if i scan a page in another program, it can't read the tiff. it says make sure you have access to the file and then the only way i can escape the program is to force quit.



i seem to recall reading that this program is horrible but i didn't read that until after i bought it



read iris seems good but i don't want to buy it after i wasted my money on this



any suggestions
