Keychain ignores certain sites

Keychain ignores some sites and works just fine with others. I don't know if I told keychain to ignore these sites or not. How do I tell Keychain to consider these sites now? And for those sites that I want added, how can I force Keychain to add them? I use both Camino and Safari.

    /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app







    Quit your browser and delete any keychain entries that you think might be bothersome. The next time you load the site, the browser will have reverted to the default behavior.
