Invalid Memory Access?

Tried to run the hardware test for my 12" pbook 867 w/ 256MB ram, OS 10.3.2



After going through the loading icon, it stopped and said:

Invalid Memory access %SRR0: f7a00108 %SRR0: a0010870



I then had to "shut-down"



Is this a problem, and can it be corrected?
