when final cut express captures video from a camera, what exact specs on the quicktime file are there? i'm trying to export a quicktime file from after effects, but i want final cut express to be able to use it wihout rendering every change. i hope this made sense. thanks.

    even though nobody responded, i figured it out, so dont waste your time. if you're curious, export a quicktime movie as DV/DVCPRO-NTSC, with the audio at 48 Khz, and if you import that into fce you dont have to render the file every time you move it around (at least, its worked fine so far).
