They make it sound like a major tradgedy.
Boy when Microsoft was geting investigated these writers were just begging for ways to get them off.

Personally, I'd like to sue Apple for the paint defect on Powerbook Titaniums. I's complete bullshit that it isn't covered and that they don't recognize the design defect.
