Just wanted for everybody to place their bets.



I'll put down $5 AI-bucks that at least one of the US probes will land and function properly. All other discussion of Mars mission should revert back to the OFFICIAL Mars Exploration thread.

    I'm all about polls...but was this one necessary. Couldn't you have just asked your question in the offical Mars thread? Seems kind of like a waste of a thread to me. But what do I know?

    I don't think you can add a poll in the middle of an ongoing thread and I didn't want to sidetrack the ongoing discussions over in the OFFICIAL Mars Exploration thread...as briefly intimated above.

    I think the Martians are going to meet at one of the poles for a race between Spirit and Opportunity. What a great go-cart track Mars makes!

    The odds are the same, at least in a poll betting on BOTH rovers. (100% = 50%+50%)
