Only thing is, I have to wait another 30+ hours for the Northern hemisphere to catch up. \

    Is it going to be saved on Apple's website for a while? (It's my first KN, not sure) If not, can someone save it so I can see it later that afternoon?

    Yeah, Apple usually streams it online for awhile after the event.
