Applescript to get rid of duplicates in Address Book?
Hiya... subject kinda says it all.
I was foolish enough to select all my entourage contacts, drag n drop them into individual VCF files, and then drop em into Address Book.
Big mistake. I thought Address Book wouldda been smart enough not to add exact duplicates. *sigh*
can anyone make or tell me how or where to create an applescript to get rid of exact duplicates? It sucks to have to go through a few thousand contacts manually.

i think finding / doing a script to do it would take 20 - 50 times more time than doing it manually.

bah...
I hope next version of Microsoft Office will use Address Book for all its contact management rather their own stuff. Or at least make it transparent to keep the two syncronised
That app syncs Entourage with the Addy book. I just hope it doesn't copy all the duplicates into Entourage, rather than the other way around.
