Photoshop Elements gurus ?

I am trying to get a "recipe" from a friend into PSElements (he calls it an "action" ... using an older version of full PS for windows)



I can't seem to find a way to do this ...



I also can't seem to find a way to record or save my own "recipes" ... is this a feature that is only available in the full version ??

Yep, that's a full version-only feature, to the best of my knowledge.
