Dell has a new product... i smell it...

i got 100 dollars on Dell coming out with a cheezy imitation of apple's final cut... its called last edit... this is no rumor but its more poking at Dells imitation for getting the same exact thing as some one else and selling it for less...just like goddamn walmart... damn them both...comments...

    my family got a new dell they just put their name on other people's software.

    Eh, maybe Dell will do a stripped down version of Premiere or something... but I don't think developing software is in Mike Dell's mind "efficient" for Dell. They do need other revenue streams... so anything is possible.

    Exactly. Won't happen. Final Cut is way too awesome of a program to port for windows. Crusader may be onto something with the premiere idea, but premiere can't compete with FC as it is, so stripping it down would just make it even more worthless. If anything, MS will copy iMovie (hasn't it done that already?) and Dell will sell it, and it will suck.

    One of the more interesting games shown was ToySight, and utilized Apple's new webcam, the iSight. This game was essentially Apple's version of Sony's EyeToy, where the user is displayed onscreen and interacts in real time with the images shown.
