I can't import my entourage calendar to iCal!!!!

I want to be able to sync my Nokia 6600 with my entourage calendar and since I can't do that I want to move the info from Entourage to iCal so I can. It starts to do it but nothing transfers. I also can't get iSync to work with exchange. It says the password is either invalid or expired.???!!!! I have checked the password and it should work but does not.
