Airport help? Anyone?

This is probably really simple and I'm probably missing something incredibly obvious, but:

I have an eMac and an iMac G3, both running Jaguar. Both have Airport. The eMac serves as the base station.

But for some reason, while I can access the internet and surf with no problem, I can get into sites that require passwords, like .mac or Yahoo Fantasy Sports, for example. Same goes with AOL.

So really, the G3 is almost useless for anything but general surfing. What's the deal? Is this a firewall issue? Am I stupid for not being able to figure it out?

Help?

My email is johncotey@mac.com is anything has a solution.

Well, it sounds like http works (port 80) but https (secure) etc do not work. As to why I have no idea. Do they work from the eMac?

All aspects of web browsing work fine on the eMac, like AOL and .mac.

    Just not on the iMac.

What exactly happens on the iMac?

For example, if I'm at .mac, and click on mail, it takes me to password area, and when I enter the password it just searches and spins and searches and spins and eventually times out.

You might make sure that the wireless password type in Internet Connect on the iMac is the right type. I know I had problems when I hadn't chosen the right one.

Not sure what that means or how do to it.

If this helps, I'm getting the message Posixerror 60 (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:60)
