Ingido iBook 333 G3 problem.

My oldest brother Nick has an old iBook 333 G3 and he was running 10.2 and I tried to update him to 10.3 and upon restart after the second install disk, the iBook hung and basically froze on a completely blue screen. The blue screen came after the grey Apple logo start screen, I tried to boot from a disk, but everything was so terribly slow that we abandoned that and Nick is gonna take it to an Apple store to see what their resident Genius has to say.



Any ideas or possible fix ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    yup... next time do a search... I troubleshooted this problem myself earlier this week....

    that thread should address all your problems...



    you can either do it yourself or have the guy at the GB take a look at it... make sure he reads that thread tho...
