How Do You Make Safari Use Google UK?

Is there any way to make Safari's built in Google Search use another Google Home site, like google.co.uk?



When I want to buy something, ie in England, I have to navigate to .co.uk instead of being able to use the in-built thingy.

I saw the answer to this in Max OS X Hacks, I remember it was a little convoluted and I didn't manage to put it off. I'll see if I can dig out the thrust of it and type it in
