Purchase advice: PB vs. iBook
The eternal question: to go for a PowerBook, or an iBook...
The iBook I'm looking at is the 12", at 800MHz. With Airport, Bluetooth, maxed RAM (640MB), 60GB HD and Applecare this comes to about £1200.
The alternative is an offer I've had: 15" PowerBook, 1ghz G4 PPC, 512meg ram, 60gig hdd, 2x DVDR, firewire, usb, dvi, tvout, 802.11b. With second battery and case. The screen's brand new on it. It has AppleCare on it till the end of April, before which I guess I'd have to purchase the extension... Cost: £1200 + AppleCare costs later.
Apparently, the PB's a TiBook. The price is pretty nice for it, but I'm worried about the portability - I currently have a 15" Time laptop, and that breaks my back on a regular basis.
Which would you lot reccomend? What's your experiences with the iBook and TiBook 15"? I'll be using it mainly for typing up lecture notes, but also general Photoshopping, web designing, ...
Thanks in advance.

It will kick the ass of the ibook and have a better screen.
Take it now 8)
its thinner then the current AlBooks and that deal is a STEAL
5.3lb = 2.4kg, BTW. Hopefully a lot lighter than my Time laptop, but as there's no scales here I can't find out exactly how much...
