One of my favorite features of Preview is the ability to open multiple files in one window and use the drawer. since upgrading to 10.3 I've noticed that this behavior seems to have changed some how.

Sometimes, Ill open several files at once and they'll appear in one window, but other times the files each have their own window (ie 1 window for jpegs vs 12 windows for 12 jpegs). How do I force Preview to open my files in one window?

Select all photos (which you want to open in one window) in the Finder, then open them with apple-o.

Could this be a bad preference or something?

I've noticed this too. Usually re-launching preview causes it to work again. Could be a bug in the latest version.
