2005 North American Auto Show
It's almost all about CARS this year!
Here's a rundown of MOST of the ones they went over on PBS' show "Motor Week". I was trying to keep up with the flood of models, if you can spot any spelling errors I wouldn't be surprised!

New Shelby Cobra
6th rev of the Corvette
Chrysler ME-412
2005 Ford 500 - midsize Euro V6 sedan

Chrysler Crossfire roadster
Dodge Sling Shot (concept) sporty!
GM Pontiac G6 replaces the Grand-Am
Solstice Roadster (under $20k RWD chassis)

Honda SUT crewcab production truck! AWD
Honda Accord V6 hybrid
Nissan Frontier pickup (looks like a mini-Titan)

LOTS of cool stuff, but nothing jaw-dropping....well, I do like the new Mustang and the new Cobra, and I'm not even a fan of the old Mustangs. Looks like the "crossover" is a big deal now. Okay. Enough from me.

Hmm. I think they mean "portable digital music player" .. nice to see the term iPod starting to be used like "walkman."
I have to say that these cars are finally starting to look like the future we were promised. I mean, the cupholders in these things are state-of-the-art. The instrumentation clusters are getting better and better, the safety features keep increasing, the bumpers are getting plastickier and plastickier......
How about that Jeep concept? Woof, what a tennis shoe.
The multi-paned glass roofs are getting more popular it seems.
I think that Hyundai has some manga artists in their design division.
Hybrids are increasing too I see.
I don't spot a break-out champ...anybody else?
