Video mirroring on iMac

I now have a 17 inch monitor attached to my iMac DV because I prefer using the larger screen, especially since I already owned it.



Is there anyway to turn off the iMac's screen? I dont need to have it on and would prefer not to double my dose of radiation. Thanks

    well i dont think the "radiaiton" will kill you, and i pretty sure theres no way to do it. the only thing i can think of is trying to set the enegery prefs to turn the monitor off, but i think it would turn off the other one too...
