Windows network/shared folder gone invisible!

I have a windows XP machine that I use as a basic file server for myself and colleagues. There are 2 folders on the device that are "Shared". I can navigate the network from my Panther-based Mac and see the folders, but when I click on them only one shows the contents...The other (larger) folder, looks empty (but is actually filled with TONS of data/files).



What's weird is that it worked fine for a few days, but somehow following a reboot etc. I lost the ability to connect to the shared folder. Any assistance tips are appreciated.



Ideally, I'd like to have the folder constantly available on my Mac desktop. Any idea how to do this? Thank you, thank you, and thank you!
