This might be just me, but I have just installed the safari 1.2 and java 1.4.2 updates, and upon logging back in my system switched to black and white (the login screen was in colour).

A quick check of the prefs revealed that my universal access and core graphics files had been changed today. So I popped up the universal access pref pane and sure enough, it was on black and white, so I clicked the "Set display to colour" button. All OK again.

Just thought I would mention it incase anyone else has the same, and started to panic.

Edit:

Oh blx!!! Don't you just hate it when you knock the touchpad while typing and your text goes in the wrong box without you seeing. Will some mod/admin please rename this back to "Safari 1.2 & Java 1.4.2 / Black & White". Thanks.

    I fixed the title.

BTW, don't the Apple notebooks have an option where the trackpad ignores taps while you're typing?

Yes, but it only ignores trackpad input while a key is depressed - so if you're between keystrokes and you bump the trackpad, it'll still trigger it. Just not every time.
