Can you turn off Command-Space changing languages in 10.3.2? I accidentally do this all the time, it's soooo annoying.

You can't really turn it off, but you can keep it from going to anything else. In the "International Pallette" of System Preferences, go to Input Menu. Deselect all but the language you use. Should be fine then.
