Howard Dean "Switch" Ads

Dean's website is having a little vote to see which of these crappy ads are going to be used:

Based on the Apple "Switch" campaign ads. Ooooh... clever!

*vomit*

[Buon's note: I swithed out "swith" with "switch" ]

Anyone likely to have given a damn about Dean, already switched... to John Kerry.

Howard Dean. Dark lord of the Swith

I don't think I'd want a president that can't think of his own campaign ad ideas. Normal campaign ads are all the same, but the switch ad has been ripped off so many times already.

He should get some guys together and make something like this.

(that's a link for broadband users only)

His campaign definitely needs more cowbell.

Maybe by copying Apple, Dean is hoping to get a percentage of votes similar to Apple's marketshare.

It could only be an improvement!

If part of his campaign was striving for an increase in cowbell I'd consider considering him.

How often has it happened when Apple has come up with something neat and catchy then the world copies it and makes it lame and clichéd?

    oh well.

Everyone after the Iowa loss was clamering Dean to run some testimial ads---they wanted ads like Apple's. The campaign responded. These aren't the only ads they are going to run, but they are letting supporters choose which of these switch ads to run since they were demanding them.
