Help with Sharing Preferences

Nobody responded the first time I posted this, so i will try again..



Everytime I reboot my computer the sharing and firewall preferences become "unlocked". I always lock them because I donot want to share any ports. Is there any way to make them stay locked over a reboot?

    System Preferences > Security > Require password to unlock each secure system preference
