If I copy and paste something on a Mac, is this reported in some form of a log?

IE, every thing that I do on my Mac, is a log kept of it? If so where, and can we edit this log?

LES.

A lot of things that you do are kept in a log, but not everything. It won't log a copy and paste operation, but if you are interested in seeing the log files open up Applications/utilities/console and check around in there. It's a lot of confusing Unix jargon that unless you know what your doing, you won't be able to make much sense of.

Just for the record...this seems like the kind of post that I would normally make, and my first post seems like the kind of post Brad would normally make.

Is if possible we have entered into some sort of bazarro world?

I don't know. It was reported a while back that Microsoft had a backdoor in Windows especially for the NSA for quite some time. They are all out to get you. The only way to be safe is to go rent the movie "Enemy of the State" and build one of those things that guy has.
