Rainbow Six 3

Just bough Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield and I am trying to get the most optimum settings on my 15inch powerbook. I have tried various combinations of resolutions and shader settings, but I was wondering if anyone had the magic formula. Any suggestions?

    1.25Ghz G4 PBook sucks at RB3 fps wise. You have to change a couple things, off the top of my head I remember going into the default.ini file maybe? And changed the cache size or something from 32mb to 64. Also the min fps from 10 to 15 or 20 or something like that. I'm not sure, perhaps if you poke around on the internet or ask some people on GameRanger.
