A survey of sexual abuse by Roman Catholic clergy in the US has found that 4450 priests have been accused of sexually abusing 11,000 minors since 1950 - many more than previously estimated by the media, CNN reported.
Why are you upset with this news? I don't think all Churches are good nor do I think all priests are saints. There is nothing shocking about the news if you look at the volume and the time duration. It is just a propoganda to improve the image of the Church by carrying out this exercise. There will be a similar figure if you carry out this exercise 50 years down the line. This problem is present at levels of society; there will always be a few bad apples in the basket.

I think you missed the point. Consider the organisation and the members of said organisation that are doing the abusing.
