Danika's at it again... says price's right for iPod mini
http://www.macworld.co.uk/news/top_n...fm?NewsID=7957
An interesting article. Clarifies some things and gives a look on prices in the UK.
The iPod mini is nothing for me though. I prefer space over size. But maybe, just maybe I'll think over it again when the iPod mini hits stores here in Europe in April.

Does Apple think the price is right?
Cleary clearly does. She said: "We really do think the price is right, and that's because of a couple of reasons. The first is: when you really look at the flash-based players on the market, for around $200 you can get one, but for just $50 more you can get 16 times the amount of music in a package that's not much bigger than any of the top-selling players in that category." Size matters, she stressed: "In terms of what people are buying, competing products are not really much smaller than the iPod mini, and in some cases they are larger than it. The size and capacity make iPod mini worthwhile."

Why the f**k they don't use her to advertise OSX rather than the utterly annoying Omar is a marketing koan
I've suggested her as a write-in for the TechTV Playboy votes thread.
And I'd probably buy whatever she's selling, regardless of price.
picsplzthnx
referencing the iSight video, her image and email were parked here.
Shortly thereafter, Apple asked for her picture and contact info to be pulled.
Maybe the admins can clarify if it was just the email that was an issue, or if privacy and legal concerns won out.
I found an iSight promo video with one quick Google search.
no really I do, they came with a little how to sell iPod and iSight package I got from Apple
personal info/non public images shouldn't be posted here. it's not nice.
IIRC, one of the members here actually parties with her.
but giving out her email is bad form...nasty little stalker boys, give the girl her space...
though i wouldn't mind partying with her...she seems like a good person to have an adult conversation with...and to throw back a few shots of tequila with also

Um, she's kinda cute for a female geek, but if you guys think she's hot, then you definitely need to get out more.

Well what do YOU think is hot. We need a reference
But to the topic at hand. While the ipod is well priced against other flash based players, is it well based against other hd based players?
