I help a lot of folks at the Apple Support forums, but lately they have been extremely slow and buggy.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I personally like to look through forums such as this to find an answer. At the Apple site one topic can get buried faster then one can log out and log in again.

The Crew here (users as well as the mods and admin) are very supportive and helpful... At times one may have to bump a topic, but eventually someone with the knowledge to "a or the" answer will come along... To the rescue...

Ok this the word from Gayle at Apple:

"We are currently experiencing longer than expected access times. We have disabled searching, vote refresh/levelling and email subscriptions for the moment to narrow down the issues. We hope to have all issues addressed soon. "

    Thank you for your patience,

    Apple Discussions Staff
