Media 100 going broke. Possible Apple acquisition??

Apple could grab some nice IP here. Final Effects Complete would be something I'd like to see Apple grab ahold of if not purchasing the whole company. Consolidation is going to keep happening in this industry. Apple might as well continue to try and become the next 800lb Gorrila of some market.
