Anyone else not able to access iTMS?

It's 22:11 EST and for the last hour or so (which is as long as I've been trying tonight) I haven't been able to access the music store. After a couple minutes of "Accessing Music Store" I get an alert that says "iTunes could not connect to the Music Store. An unknown error has occurred (54). Make sure your network connection is active and try again."

My network connection is definitely active, so does anyone know if this is a time specific error (ie the Music Store is down right now) or something wrong on my end?
