Printer Recommendations

I want to get a color printer that will print at least 11x17. I would prefer one that can print full-bleed 11x17 or 12x18. I want the highest quality I can get. I would prefer a laser printer, but don't think that the money is here for that. Does anyone have any recommendations? What do you have? Do you like it? Could it be better? Would you still buy it if you had to do it all over again?

    Xerox Phaser 7300. Have one. It's fast. It prints high quality prints. Consumables cost may be too expensive. We use it alot. We buy toner every month or month and a half @ $280.00 per high capacity cartridge which Xerox claims will print 15,000 pages/cartridge. I claim that a cartridge, in my enviroment, prints 8,000 or so pages.
