Script Mimicking Input Devices

Is this possible? I had a thread kinda like this a while ago, but couldn't find it in a search and was just wondering if it's possible. Is it possible, or even remotely doable for someone with as little coding ability as me to do?

Maybe, I'll check it out, I'm looking for ways to mimic holding down the arrow keys but I need it down to tenths of a second at least.
